Roasted Red Pepper Salsa
2 (12-oz.) jars Dunbars® Roasted Peppers, drained and chopped
1 c. green onions, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 c. green chiles, diced
1 t. olive oil
2 limes, freshly squeezed
Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Allow to marinate in refrigerator at least 4 hours before serving. Yields 12 servings.
