Baked Pimiento Cheese Dip
16 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
8 oz. Colby-jack cheese, shredded
2 (4-oz.) jars or 1 (7-oz.) jar diced or sliced Dromedary® pimientos, drained & rinsed
1/4 cup sour cream
3 tablespoons canned jalapenos, chopped
1 tablespoon hot sauce
Mix all ingredients into large bowl. Spoon into greased two quart baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve warm with tortilla chips or crackers.
